Transmission d’une oeuvre chorégraphique en contexte in situ
La danse sur les routes du Québec (La DSR), en collaboration avec le réseau Aerowaves Europe, MM Contemporary Dance Company et le Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) lance un appel de projets pour la transmission d’une œuvre chorégraphique en contexte in situ.
Ce projet permettra à une compagnie, un collectif ou un.e artiste québécois.e de séjourner trois semaines en Italie, soit du 7 au 22 avril 2025 à Reggio Emilia et du 23 au 26 avril 2025 à Gorizia.
L’artiste, la compagnie ou le collectif adaptera une œuvre de son répertoire sur cinq à six élèves âgé.es entre 18 et 25 ans, inscrit.es au programme professionnel de Agorà à Reggio Emilia et encadré par la MM Contemporary Dance Company. Ces élèves sont exposé.es à diverses approches contemporaines en danse, possèdent une forte technique et sont curieux.ses d’explorer et d’échanger. Le processus créatif aura lieu dans les studios de la MM Contemporary Dance Company à Reggio Emilia.
L’œuvre finale sera présentée à deux reprises dans un contexte in situ le 23 avril 2025 à Gorizia, ville où se tiendra la prochaine édition du festival Spring Forward et qui se distingue également comme capitale européenne de la culture en 2025. Le festival accueille principalement les diffuseurs membres du réseau Aerowaves Europe. La compagnie, le collectif ou l’artiste québécois.e est invité.e à y participer suite à la présentation de son œuvre.

Adaptation of an existing work in a site specific context
La danse sur les routes du Québec (La DSR) in collaboration with the Aerowaves Europe platform, the MM Contemporary Dance Company and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) is putting out a call for project proposals for the Adaptation of an existing work in a site specific context.
This project will allow a Quebec company, collective or artist to spend three weeks in Italy, from April 7 to 22, 2025 in Reggio Emilia and from April 23 to 26 in Gorizia.
The artist, company or collective will adapt a work from its repertoire for five or six students between the ages of 18 and 25, enrolled in Agorà’s professional programme in Reggio Emilia and supervised by the MM Contemporary Dance Company. These students have been exposed to various contemporary approaches in dance, have developed solid technique and are keen to explore and exchange with others. The creative work will take place in the studios of the MM Contemporary Dance Company, in Reggio Emilia.
The final work will be presented twice in a site specific context on April 23, 2025, in Gorizia, the city that will host the next edition of the Spring Forward Festival and which will also be the European Capital of Culture in 2025. The festival, dance programmers from around Europe and the globe. Ehe Quebec company, collective or artist is invited to participate in the festival following the presentation of their work.
