A vibrant show that was warmly acclaimed at the time of its creation in 2011, in co-production with Coup de coeur francophone, Danse Lhasa Danse echoes the unclassifiable repertoire of the woman who encourages us to celebrate life in all serenity.
The show offers the chance to re-discover the diversity and richness of Lhasa de Sela’s repertoire in a program performed by artists who echo her strong themes. Song and dance intertwine in an intimate evening.
The show directed by Pierre-Paul Savoie (1955-2021) presents an evocative blend of song and dance. Inspired by the magic of this double language, Danse Lhasa Danse invites us to a happy and moving reunion, at the crossroads of genres, present and past.
