Official selection Parcours Danse 2023, Videodance

The theater as space, as set, as off-screen, as a place to share dance. An intimate relationship between dance and music, between a dancer and a musician. Foliage of shots, multiplication of narratives and relationships to space. An object within an object within an object. Or the unfolding of the complexity and potential of the meeting of Fred and yako’s two practices.

“Memorial” is part of the video album “Gravel (re)Works”, made up of five short films in the form of musical, choreographic and photographic moments. The pieces are available independently or in the assembled 39-minute format.
